Dues Structure for 2017
As we have been reporting - the Pennsylvania Builders Association raised their dues by $30 per member beginning January 1, 2017. In the past, the BBBA has been able to absorb some of the dues increases levied by PBA and NAHB. Unfortunately, our local cannot absorb this increase. Therefore, dues will be billed as follows: Total dues will be $465 per member. Of that amount - $175 will go to the PBA and $182 will go to NAHB.
(Sorry, you cannot separate the dues - we all belong to the Federation of the NAHB.) The balance of $108 will remain local. The BBBA Board of Directors worked hard to try and not have this increase; however, as we strive towards a balanced budget, we had no choice but to pass the increase on to our members.

We would like to remind you that for the Builder Members, there are ways for you to get numerous rebates that are available to you to help leverage the cost of your membership. Please see "Member Benefits" below.

REMINDER: Fax your PA ONE CALL Invoices to the BBBA office at: 814.693.9712 for payment. DO NOT pay direct. We will verify your membership status and forward to the PBA Office for payment. If you pay your invoice direct to the PA ONE CALL address - we will not be able to get reimbursement for you.
To date in 2017 - we have processed 29 invoices saving our members $3,625.
